Moreover, Republicans are violating long-standing rules designed to prevent misuse of the reconciliation process, showing blatant disregard for proper legislative procedure and transparency. Such a massive windfall for the ultra-rich donor class who backed their electoral success comes at an unacceptable cost. Congress must uphold its responsibility to the people by rejecting this thinly veiled giveaway to moneyed interests and instead prioritize policies that truly uplift all Americans.
