Don’t meddle with our voting rights

Please vote NO on the Safeguard American Voter Act (SAVE Act).  States already require voters to affirm or verify their citizenship status when registering. Requiring a birth certificate or passport will create havoc for millions of Americans, including the elderly and the 69 million women who changed their name at marriage. If a person is transgendered and changes their name, they are not giving up their right to vote.  Elections are safe. There is NO evidence of voter fraud or non-citizens voting. Stop raising red herrings and creating barriers to voting. Anyone who votes yes for this bill is intentionally disenfranchising voters in their district/state.
