A full investigation must be conducted immediately to determine the extent of the data exposure, identify any vulnerabilities exploited, and take decisive action to secure the systems and information. Allowing unauthorized access to confidential records on unionization efforts, witness testimony, and corporate trade secrets undermines the NLRB's core mission and could have a chilling effect on workers' rights reporting. Potential conflicts of interest with Elon Musk's companies involved in NLRB cases are also disturbing.
