Senate: Oppose Paul Ingrassia for OSC: Nazi, Friend of Sex Traffickers

Today I take pen in hand to write and urge you to oppose and vote NO on the horrific nominee for the Office of Special Counsel. Now, Trump is just nominating Nazis in plain sight. Paul Ingrassia's nomination to lead the Office of Special Counsel (OSC) must be withdrawn owing to his long association with white supremacist and other extremist figures. his utter lack of lack of relevant legal experience and a public record of denigrating federal workers. As you know, the OSC is a crucial independent agency tasked with investigating prohibited personnel practices and protecting whistleblowers across the federal government. Having an unqualified, biased, and amoral person like Ingrassia in this role would severely undermine the agency's mission and erode trust in the civil service. Ingrassia's extensive writings denouncing federal employees as "parasites" and "bugmen" who "leech off the dying republic" demonstrate an unacceptable bias against the very workforce he would be responsible for protecting. His associations with white supremacists, Holocaust deniers, and individuals wanted for serious crimes like sex trafficking like the Tate brother raise further red flags about his ability to lead the OSC in a fair and nonpartisan manner. Ingrassia's disturbing background and public statements render him patently unfit for this critical position overseeing prohibited personnel practices across the executive branch. I urge you to forcefully oppose his nomination, expose his demented character and his biases. I urge you in the strongest possible terms to demand a qualified nominee who respects federal workers and the rule of law. Thank you for your service.
