End daylight savings time.

This isn't hard. People don't want daylight savings, experts say it's bad. So please get rid of it! A 2022 Monmouth University poll found that 61% of Americans favor getting rid of DST. 44% of Americans prefer making DST permanent, while 13% want to operate on standard time all year. An AP-NORC poll conducted in October 2019 found that 71% of Americans want to stop changing their clocks. Only 28% want to continue changing the clocks. A 2020 online survey conducted by of Sleep Medicine (AASM) found that 63% of participants say they'd welcome the elimination of DST in favor of a fixed, year-round time schedule. Making the shift can increase your health risks. “The scientific evidence points to acute increases in adverse health consequences from changing the clocks, including in heart attack and stroke ,” says sleep expert Adam Spira, PhD, MA, a professor in Mental Health
