The 14th Amendment, Section 3 (if you don’t know what it is, Google this: Amdt14.S3.1 Overview of the Insurrection Clause (Disqualification Clause). Donald Trump took an oath to support and defend the Constitution. He was found guilty of Insurrection by a Colorado court. Donald Trump is not only a convicted criminal with multiple felony convictions, an adjudicated Sexual Abuser, he is also disqualified from assuming the office of the President of the United States, IAW the Disqualification Clause of the 14th Amendment. Americans who understand and support the Constitution know exactly what this means. You must refuse to certify Trump’s electoral votes if you believe in the Constitution & your oath of office. Certifying his election will demonstrate to the voters in TN that you are not serious about your job as their elected representative. DO THE RIGHT THING. DO NOT VOTE TO CERTIFY THE ELECTION OF DONALD TRUMP. It is your duty under the US Constitution.
