Senate: Reject Extremist Nicholas Ganjei for the Federal Bench in Texas - Unfit

Today I take pen in hand to write and urge you to oppose another extremist nominee for a lifetime appointment o the federal bench: Nicholas Ganjei His long association with far-right extremist organizations as well as his well-documented use of anti-immigration rhetoric are just the tip of the iceberg that makes him completely unfit to serve. He’s also an active member of the extreme and fringiest Heritage Society — a disqualifying association if there ever was one. Worse, In his current role as the US Attorney for Southern Texas, he’s continuously embraced racist and hurtful commentary, he’s applauded the dehumanizing operations of ICE, and villainizing whole communities in Southern Texas. He’s also worked closely with the anti-democratic Manhattan Institute that pushes right-wing policy and communications. He’s therefore more than fluent in the Manhattan Institutes’ policies: 1. A regressive stance on healthcare   2. Defending police powers, immunity, and militarization of same 3. Taking funding away from the public school system 4. The Institute receives also spread climate science denial propaganda  It’s easy to see that he will not be a fair arbiter of justice or impartiality. He’s a damaged individual who must never hold a lifetime office. For these reasons and more we condemn his character, and urge a NO vote when brought before the Senate. Thank you.
