Donald Trump just announced that the United States will be contributing ten billion dollars to his Board of Peace. None of these funds have been appropriated by Congress, nor do they appear in any budget reconciliation bill. Any attempt by Trump to take money from other budgeted programs for his Board of Peace slush fund must be considered as *theft in office* and treated appropriately via impeachment.
