From NH Constituent - Support OTP - Access to Abortion-care Act - SB 181

New Hampshire has a long, proud, bipartisan tradition of supporting an individual’s right to make personal, private health care decisions - including for abortion care. Like the majority of Granite Staters, I strongly believe abortion should be safe and legal. Since Roe v. Wade was overturned last year, fourteen states have banned abortion, making abortion access in this country chaotic and confusing. Granite Staters **deserve a law on the books** that explicitly prohibits the State from further interfering with an individual's ability to have an abortion. That's why I'm urging you to support the Access to Abortion-care Act, SB 181. We cannot wait any longer; now is the time for the Legislature to come together to protect the future of abortion rights in New Hampshire.
