Return money paid in illegal tariffs to consumers and small businesses.

We want the money we paid in illegal tariffs to be returned—both to individual consumers and to the many small businesses who have been harmed by Trump’s disastrous policy. I know they’re working on a bill to do this in the House, is there anything coming in the Senate? If not, why? Where will that money go? We know that 90% of the tariffs were paid by consumers and we want our money back.
