The T.R.U.M.P. Act (Transparency, Renewable-energy Utilization, Mitigation, and Protection Act)
Section 1: Short Title
This Act may be cited as the “T.R.U.M.P. Act.”
Section 2: Findings and Purpose
Congress finds that:
1. Transparency about UFOs is critical for public trust and national security.
2. Energy independence, driven by renewable technologies, strengthens national security by reducing reliance on foreign energy sources.
3. Climate change threatens security through resource conflicts and destabilization.
4. The Green New Deal supports national security by promoting energy resilience, sustainability, and economic stability.
The Act’s purpose is to:
1. Enhance public trust through UFO disclosure while protecting national security.
2. Mandate renewable energy in UFO-related and national security operations.
3. Mitigate climate-related security risks through sustainability.
4. Align national security with the Green New Deal to create energy independence and green economic opportunities.
Section 3: UFO Transparency and Security
1. The President shall order the release of UFO-related information unless classified for national security reasons.
2. A public repository for declassified UFO documents shall be established to foster transparency.
Section 4: Renewable Energy for National Security
1. All government facilities tied to UFO research or defense shall transition to 100% renewable energy within five years.
2. Federal funding will prioritize advanced renewable technologies inspired by UFO research to enhance energy independence and security.
Section 5: Environmental and Climate Security
1. UFO-related and national security projects must comply with environmental laws.
2. Environmental Impact Assessments (EIAs) will be required to minimize risks.
3. National security efforts will integrate sustainability to address climate threats, including resource scarcity and disaster response.
Section 6: Green New Deal Alignment
1. Agencies will implement energy-resilient infrastructure, reduce military reliance on fossil fuels, and promote clean energy.
2. Green jobs and training will support a sustainable, secure workforce.
3. Investments will enhance disaster response and infrastructure to mitigate climate risks.
Section 7: Oversight and Reporting
1. An oversight committee of defense experts, scientists, and citizens will monitor compliance.
2. Annual progress reports on UFO transparency, renewable energy use, and climate-related security efforts will be submitted to Congress and made public.
Section 8: Funding and Implementation
Funding will prioritize reallocating fossil fuel subsidies to renewable energy and security initiatives, with grants available for state and local governments.
Section 9: Effective Date
This Act takes effect immediately upon enactment.
Section 10: Severability
If any provision is invalid, the remainder of the Act remains unaffected.
