Do Not Cut FEMA's Training Budget Going Into Hurricane Season

Cutting funding to FEMA training going into hurricane season has potentially disastrous consequences. Since we've decided not to do anything to fix climate change, natural disasters are increasing not only in scale but also in frequency. FEMA has never been more crucial than it is now, and cutting the funding for boots on the ground training is ridiculous. Please do not cut the budget for FEMA.
