Proposed business tax incentives to reduce inflation

Please write legislation to help ease inflation by requiring businesses to: 1) reinvest a certain percentage of profits towards wages 2) reinvest a very percentage of profit towards growing and improving the business through physical purchases (not buying other businesses) 3) CEO/CFO/highest paid employee may not make more than 500x the lowest paid employee nor 150x the average median employee To be eligible for any business tax credit. I think a bit of Eisenhower economics will help inflation more than the federal reserve pressuring workers to ask for less in wages.
