ASAP: Please sign Rep. Titus’s “Dear Colleagues” letter

I am reaching out to you about a “Dear Colleague” letter circulated by Rep. Dina Titus on Friday, September 24th in support of a $0 Short-Form Tax Filing for non-resident US citizens. We face inordinately expensive tax preparation costs and are often forced to pay tax preparers hundreds to thousands of dollars each year to prove that we owe nothing. This tax filing modification doesn’t replace the necessary move to Residence Based Taxation, but it will alleviate tax filing expenses for an overwhelmingly working and middle class demographic. Please see to it as soon as possible that the Representative reads and signs Rep. Titus’s letter.
