NO FUNDING FOR DHS WITHOUT HEAVY LIMITS ON ICE/CBP. I'm begging my Democratic members of Congress to hold the line on funding DHS. No funding without accountability and guardrails. Agents may not wear masks, and they must wear identifying badges. Home invasions are not allowed unless there is a judicial warrant. No use of weaponry on civilian protestors and observers under any circumstances - not tear gas, pepper balls, or any type of munitions. Surges or other "occupations" of American cities must be banned. No one, no matter what their citizenship status, may be put into detention without due process. Arrest and detention must be carried out lawfully, without aggressive violence. No more "Kavanaugh stops" or other profiling based on skin color or appearance. No stopping of vehicles or interference with drivers or passengers unless there is probable cause. Let's bring law back into law enforcement, shall we? Thanks.
