This morning, I was meditating. I was sending love to the world. I was trying to be part of the healing.
And then I heard the news.
The United States bombed Iran. Without Congressional approval. Without public debate. Without warning. I was told, once again, that peace does not matter. That love is not the language of power. That war can be launched in my name while I sleep.
This cannot continue.
We are now at the edge of a much wider war. Lives will be lost. Generations displaced. A future once possible—one of cooperation, restoration, and climate action—burned beneath the weight of empire and ego.
I call on Congress to act immediately:
• Stop this unauthorized military action.
• Reclaim your Constitutional authority over war.
• Demand a ceasefire.
• Prioritize diplomacy before it is too late.
I did not vote for this war.
I do not consent to it.
And I will not be silent.
I woke in peace. And I will fight for it—with my words, with my voice, and with every breath I still have.
