Block Warrantless Surveillance Networks Like Flock and Axon

409 so far! Help us get to 500 signers!

Take action to stop the expansion of warrantless surveillance networks like Flock and Axon in our communities. These systems track Americans' movements, capture license plates, and now incorporate facial recognition technology — all without a warrant, without probable cause, and without our consent. That is a direct violation of the Fourth Amendment. The Fourth Amendment exists precisely to prevent this kind of government overreach. It protects our reasonable expectation of privacy in public life and requires a warrant supported by probable cause before the government can surveil us. A dragnet camera grid that logs every car and face it sees is not targeted law enforcement — it is mass surveillance of innocent people. Axon is now building a facial recognition system controlled by drones. This is not a slippery slope. We are already on it. Pass legislation requiring law enforcement to obtain a warrant before accessing any footage or data collected by these systems, and ban the use of AI-powered facial recognition in public surveillance without explicit legislative authorization. My constitutional rights are not negotiable.
