An open letter to the U.S. Congress

Do not liquidate public lands

3 so far! Help us get to 5 signers!

Public lands are a national treasure that belong to all Americans, not to be auctioned off for profit. They are irreplaceable natural, cultural, and recreational resources that must be preserved for future generations. Selling off public lands would be an unconscionable betrayal of the public trust. I urge you to vigorously oppose any attempts to liquidate federal lands and uphold the long-standing principle that these lands are held in trust for the people. Protecting our public lands from exploitation should be a core responsibility of our government.
