Restore EMTALA Emergency Abortions - Save Lives

I am your constituent and I cannot believe that the Trump administration has rescinded the HHS guidance that ensured that if a pregnant person presents in the hospital emergency department and an abortion is what saves her - it must be done. There are states and religious hospitals that will no longer take the steps to save them and more women will die. I am sure this is not what you want. I want you to put that rule into law and I want you to pass the Women’s Health Protection Act to restore the right to an abortion nationwide. We need to save women - not send them to an early grave. How cruel have we become? Stand up for the women in your district now.[
