Vote NO on Emil Bove

I am your constituent. Please be aware I am vehemently opposed to the confirmation of Emil Bove to a lifetime appointment on the Appeals Court for the 3rd Circuit. Bove has demonstrated that he lacks the necessary judicial temperament to issue fair and impartial decisions based on facts. He is too closely associated with the current administration to be an impartial, apolitical arbiter. His presence on the Court would diminish faith and trust in that body Please vote NO.
