We have not forgotten - Investigate Tom Homan’s Bribery Charges

2 so far! Help us get to 5 signers!

I write today with deep concern and urgency regarding reports involving Tom Homan. According to multiple credible sources, Mr. Homan was recorded accepting a bag containing $50,000 in cash from undercover agents posing as business executives seeking federal contracts—an alleged bribe tied to promises of future government awards. At the same time, the Department of Justice (DOJ) and Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) reportedly closed the investigation under this administration, citing “no credible evidence” of wrongdoing—even though recordings, key witnesses and significant questions remain unresolved. Such allegations strike directly at the integrity of our government and demand immediate and transparent action. When a senior official is alleged to be involved in bribery—whether or not in office at the time—the American people deserve full accountability. The notion that federal contracting, especially in the realm of border security and immigration, might be influenced by cash pay-offs is not just unacceptable; it is corrosive to public trust and the rule of law. Therefore, I demand the following: 1. A full and independent investigation—overseen without political interference—into the allegations involving Tom Homan: who knew what, when, and how the decision was made to close the investigation. 2. Immediate disclosure of all investigative material including recordings, emails, witness statements and contract-related communications. Transparency is essential. 3. Congressional hearings—with sworn testimony under oath—of relevant officials: DOJ leadership, FBI leadership, transition-team staff, and any White House officials who were aware of, directed, or participated in the decision-making around this matter. 4. Suspension of Mr. Homan from any contracts, contract-awarding decisions, or duties tied to procurement or federal-immigration operations until the investigation is complete. The risk of real or perceived conflict is too high. 5. A reaffirmation that no one is above the law—regardless of loyalty, position, or political association. The public’s confidence depends on equal accountability. We cannot allow a double standard in which those close to power receive favorable treatment while other public servants or private citizens are held to a different standard. As one senator recently stated: > “There are just two standards of justice now in this country. If you are a friend of the president … you can get away with nearly anything.” The American people expect their government to enforce laws fairly, to ensure that federal contracts are awarded based on merit—not favoritism—and to protect the treasury from corruption. This issue is not partisan; it is about basic fairness and the integrity of the system. I trust you will treat this matter with the seriousness it demands. There is no room for delay, equivocation, or half-measures. The time to act is now.
