YES on AB405 YES on community gardens and urban farms in NV

YES on AB405! It is my understanding that this is an Act relating to agriculture; requiring the Director of the State Department of Agriculture to establish a program to assist in the development of community gardens and urban farms in areas of Nevada with high levels of food insecurity. This bill will support increasing the establishment of community gardens. Community gardens are greatly needed, just like the Zion Urban Farm here in Las Vegas. I would love to see our public parks adding community gardens like the one at Craig Ranch Regional Park (a public park that I think should be used as a standard and duplicated throughout the valley). More community gardens, by the people, for the people. Easy YES on AB405. Thank you.
