As your constituent, I'm writing to strongly urge you to oppose H.R. 682, the "Heartbeat Protection Act of 2025." This bill significantly restricts reproductive healthcare access by prohibiting abortion after approximately six weeks, a point when many individuals may not even realize they are pregnant. Healthcare decisions, including reproductive choices, must remain private, safe, and accessible. Passing this legislation would severely compromise the rights, autonomy, and health of countless individuals. Please protect reproductive freedoms and oppose this restrictive bill.
