US must realign foreign policy, stand firmly with Ukraine

The United States siding with Russia and North Korea at the United Nations over the Ukraine conflict is deeply concerning and contrary to our nation's core values of supporting democracy and human rights. By voting against the resolution condemning Russia's invasion and upholding Ukraine's sovereignty, the administration has taken a stance that undermines global efforts to hold Moscow accountable for its egregious actions. This decision runs counter to the will of the overwhelming majority of UN members and allies like the UK and France. As an American citizen, I did not vote for this kind of misguided foreign policy that emboldens authoritarianism and aggression on the world stage. A course correction is urgently needed to realign with our democratic principles and commitment to the rules-based international order. The administration must reassess its position and stand firmly with Ukraine in demanding an end to Russia's unprovoked war of territorial conquest. It's a disgrace to the entire Republican Party.
