Stop Putin Now to Prevent World War

The United States must make a strong response to Putin's demand of total surrender from Ukraine. If the world had stood together in opposition when Hitler first started annexing land that was not his, World War II might not have had a chance to begin. It does not seem that the world is able to control its dictators without the US being involved, so the President must take a stand against Putin's domination plans now.
