Check and limit Trump’s executive power

The alarming trend of expanding executive power through emergency declarations and acting unilaterally without Congressional approval poses a grave threat to our democratic system of checks and balances. We must urge our elected representatives to uphold the Constitution and reassert Congress' authority as a co-equal branch of government. Any attempts by the President to circumvent the legislative process and rule by decree erode the foundations of our republic. It is imperative that Congress takes immediate action to rein in these overreaching executive actions and restore the balance of power as intended by our Founding Fathers.
