An open letter to the U.S. Congress

Reject imprisoning U.S. citizens in notorious foreign prisons

5 so far! Help us get to 10 signers!

The mere suggestion of imprisoning U.S. citizens in foreign prisons, especially facilities notorious for torture and detainee mistreatment, is unconscionable and an unconscionable violation of human rights. Depriving Americans of their legal rights and subjecting them to potential torture and indefinite detention represents an unacceptable erosion of civil liberties that cannot be tolerated in a free society governed by the rule of law. Pam Bondi needs to be removed for not standing up and defending the Constitution.
