Trump violated Logan Act.

The Logan Act (1 Stat. 613, 18 U.S.C. § 953, enacted January 30, 1799) is a United States federal law that criminalizes negotiation by unauthorized American citizens with foreign governments having a dispute with the United States. In a statement released through his sycophants on Twitter, Trump announced he sent former illegally acting Director of National Intelligence Richard Grenell to be his “envoy ambassador” in Serbia and Kosovo and promote an economic agreement reached between the two nations during his presidency. Trump must be charged ASAP or he will continue to interfere.
