Enforce 14th Amendment, bar Trump and Vance from office

The 14th Amendment of the U.S. Constitution clearly prohibits individuals who have engaged in insurrection or aided insurrectionists from holding public office. Both Donald Trump and J.D. Vance have acted in defiance of this constitutional provision through their words and actions related to the January 6th insurrection. Trump has even pardoned individuals convicted of crimes stemming from the attack on our democracy, further undermining the rule of law. We cannot allow insurrectionists and those who enable them to hold positions of power, as this gravely threatens the foundation of our democratic system. Congress must uphold its sworn duty to the Constitution by taking immediate action to declare Trump and Vance ineligible to serve and remove them from office accordingly. Our nation's commitment to democracy and the principles enshrined in our founding documents demands no less.
