Dismantle ICE and Impeach Noem!

ICE murdered another US citizen in Minneapolis this morning.  Video evidence, from various angles and bystanders, show agents surrounding and attacking an individual, who had been calmly observing the agents. The agents forced the individual to the ground before firing several rounds at him while he was laying prone on the street.  ICE must be dismantled.  The agents responsible for this murder, along with ICE commanders need to be tried and brought to justice.  Furthermore, Kristi Noem must be impeached and removed from office.
