Repeal Hyde & Replace w/ Reproductive Justice Act

Fight for our Reproductive Justice! Codify the human rights to abortion healthcare. Secure the rights to to privacy and bodily autonomy for all genders of humans who may become pregnant. Protect the conditions that go along with this autonomy: privacy, minors making their own personal choices in regards to their bodies, no requirements to inform parents/guardians/partners/anyone of medical care, AND secure funding for non-insured, Federally insured/funded, Native, immigrant, & minor, etc populations for travel, lodging food, and abortion and/or D&C procedures. Repeal the Hyde Ammendment of 1976 which removes access to abortion for our indigenous women, who already have to travel long-distance for basic Healthcare in the first place. Ratify a new Ammendment that will secure & provide funding for non-insured, Federally insured/funded, Native, immigrant, & minor, etc populations for travel, lodging, food, medications and abortion and/or D&C procedures.
