I am very disappointed by your recent decision to ask the water board dispense with measures meant to protect the Delta and the endangered species that live in our waterways. I am deeply troubled by your recklessness in suspending these lawful rules. I hope you reverse this decision and direct the water board to work within the laws, not outside of them.
