Protect vital programs for marginalized Americans' survival

The looming cuts to Social Security, Medicare, and Medicaid pose an imminent and catastrophic threat to millions of vulnerable Americans of all ages, including 257 million people, or 3 in 4 Americans, who would see their Social Security benefits reduced under the GOP's plan. This extreme budget ends Medicare as we know it, attacks the Affordable Care Act, and slashes food assistance for children while lavishing the ultra-rich with massive new tax cuts. Elderly individuals, disabled veterans, and millions of disabled US citizens who are consistently forgotten or overlooked stand to lose the essential lifelines that prevent them from plunging into abject poverty and homelessness. The people receiving these benefits did not choose to be disabled and are not burdens, parasites or scammers. Dead people are not receiving these benefits, contrary to the lies of those in power. We have a moral imperative to protect these vulnerable citizens and uphold the promise made to us by our government. This is a dangerous path that leads to eugenics. Without this support, many will not survive. With little to no income or wealth, these marginalized groups rely entirely on these programs for their survival and access to vital healthcare services. Any reduction in benefits would be utterly devastating, stripping them of their dignity and basic human rights.
