Hold the President Accountable for Abuses of Power

Congress must act to check what I see as an unprecedented pattern of executive overreach by President Trump. You were elected to be a check on the executive branch, not a bystander to it. Every time Congress fails to respond, it signals that this behavior is acceptable and sets a precedent that will outlast any single administration. I expect you to use every tool available — hearings, legislation, and your public platform — to hold this president accountable.
