Please work to implement Vote by Mail in November. It's essential to democracy that all Americans vote -- and it's morally essential that all Americans stay safe. I don't want NC to be like Wisconsin last week. If we are going to have national Vote by Mail options, we need a healthy Postal Service, and we need to start preparing the NCSBE, etc. NOW. thank you
