Oppose the nomination of Emil Bove

I urge you to vote down the nomination of Emil Bove to the U.S. Court of Appeals. As shown by documents provided by former DOJ employees, and letters from former federal and state judges and from former DOJ prosecutors, Bove does not respect the separate powers of the judiciary to hold the executive accountable for illegal acts. We must only elevate qualified candidates to levels of power such as the Court of Appeals. Bove would prove to be beholden to one executive’s power, and not to the U.S. Constitution, or the true seat of power - the people of the United States. Please work with your fellow senators to defeat his nomination.
