State Justice is now our primary defense of justice!

Isn’t time to defend our STATE Constitution? With the Federal Government now demanding states to “snitch” on non-citizens by threatening to withhold welfare money designated to feed American children, it is well past time to go on the offensive! We need to demand compliance to all State laws based on the State Constitution, now that the Federal government consistently defies the US Constitution. For example, we need to demand that every inhabitant of our state who is detained gets a fair and speedy trial based on the STATE Constitution’s Writ of Habeas Corpus. We need to demand that any inhabitant who is absconded from the street without cause and removed to a prison camp for the purpose of increased stock options, slave labor, or human trafficking, should be treated humanely and appropriately based on STATE laws, since Federal laws don’t seem to matter. We should also demand financial remunerations to the inhabitant AND to the state for ANY money collected at the expense of the human who was abused. If there are other state laws being broken by this corrupt administration, our District Attorney and staff should have all authority awarded by the State to demand JUSTICE! There should be no grace given to Federal Agents or Federally-elected—or appointed—officials who break the law in this state. If there are State laws that need to be clarified regarding natural resources, we should do whatever work is necessary immediately for the sake of us all, since clearly this President does not care about our physical safety or our privacy. We should demand compliance NOW if we want to continue to have a nation called “The United States of America.” If our state doesn’t step up, our democratic republic will collapse under the blatant corruption of this rogue administration, a feckless Congress, and a complicit Supreme Court. It is OUR responsibility now that our Federal Government is now waging war against our statehood.
