Restore The CDC and Protect Americans

I am your constituent and I am outraged that Dr. Susan Monarez has been fired from the CDC and replaced by someone without medical experience. The CDC is tasked with protecting the health of Americans, NOT advancing political pablum. It is supposed to use impartial evidence-based data to create advice to save the lives of Americans and protect us from the spread of dangerous diseases. We need healthcare professionals focused on healthcare, not politics in charge there. I want you to restore the CDC to its original mission and put healthcare professionals in charge and let them do their job protecting us, not the job of advancing autocracy, medical illiteracy and distrust of science.
