In light of HR 1 passing at the federal level, which threatens access to healthcare while providing tax cuts to the ultra wealthy, I urge California lawmakers to ensure protections for Californians’ access to healthcare. Previously proposed, yet rejected, state bill AB2200 aka CalCare sought to guarantee healthcare for all. How will you ensure protections for Californians’ access to healthcare?
