NOAA and the National Weather Service provide life-saving, essential research and forecasts to Americans, free of charge. But President Trump and Elon Musk have targeted NOAA scientists for cuts and are conducting an inquisition into words and phrases related to climate change and climate science. This is both illegal and wrong. I call on you and your Congressional colleagues to protect NOAA and climate science.
