Let’s be clear — the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) is an unconstitutionally created department of the federal government. And now they have requested access to sensitive personal information at the Treasury Department, including the Social Security and Medicare payments system. This is absolutely the camel’s nose in the tent to probable oligarchical meddling of the Nation’s money supply — which could, in fact, affect social security, medicare, and programs that impact millions of citizens, all without congressional or judicial oversight. As my congressional representative, it is absolutely essential you protect the interests of all Americans who have paid into this system in service to their retirement and healthcare. Remove DOGE’s presence in the federal government and remove Elon Musk’s presence as the unelected head of this faux department. While you’re at it, you should reassess and probably work to overturn the 2010 Citizens United ruling by the Supreme Court, which clearly got us into this mess in the first place.
