Deploy the National Guard to Protect Minnesotans

I am writing to ask that you deploy the National Guard in defense of American citizens and residents. ICE is illegally kidnapping people off the street, seemingly for looking at them wrong, and if they get returned they come back with broken bones. ICE has no power to arrest anyone for perceived offenses and is operating like a secret police out of the most dramatic Cold War film. Several people have been kidnapped in the last week alone. Deploy the National Guard to march with and border the bulk of the protest, to protect us from this violent goon squad. Speak with mayors to organize additional police support on the side streets and suburbs to protect the American people from being snatched. ICE is a danger to every single resident of Minnesota. We have to look out for each other, Governor Walz, and as someone who long served in the National Guard, you know their desire to protect and serve. Let them do it.
