An open letter to the U.S. Congress

Stop the Marketplace Integrity and Affordability Rule: Protect Healthcare

2 so far! Help us get to 5 signers!

I am writing as your constituent to urge you to take action against the recently finalized Marketplace Integrity and Affordability Rule. This rule threatens to strip health coverage from hundreds of thousands of Americans by imposing new barriers to enrollment, reducing benefits, and charging fees that will push more families into the ranks of the uninsured. At a time when our economy is unstable, when families are struggling with rising costs, and when cuts to Medicaid are already straining our safety net, this rule is both cruel and unnecessary. Health care should be accessible and affordable for all Americans, not deliberately made harder to obtain. I ask that you use every tool available—oversight hearings, legislative remedies, appropriations measures, and public advocacy—to block or overturn this harmful policy. Please stand with your constituents and protect access to affordable health care. Thank you for your attention to this urgent matter
