I am no longer paying my SDGE bill. There simply is no reason why San Diegans are forced to pay the highest utility bills in the entire nation. Especially while SDGE and SEMPRA enjoy record profits. I’m joining the grass roots movement, FSDGE, and demanding that the rates for natural gas and electricity are brought down to rational rates. You can do this by demanding CPUC set lower rates and stop approving for-profit rate hikes. Price gouging is illegal and we are also pursing class action lawsuit against the state of California and the city of San Diego. This utility system (CPUC,SEMPRA,SDGE) is immoral and causing financial harm to every San Diegan, it simply has to stop.
