Retake control of tariffs!

Act up! Take back control of tariffs! Trump does not have the power to impose tariffs - Congress does !!!! Article I, Section 8 of the Constitution states, in part, that Congress has the power to “regulate commerce with foreign nations,”including the power to “lay and collect Taxes, Duties, Imposts and Excises.” There is no similar grant of authority to the president. Congress has delegated limitedauthority to adjust tariffs in narrowcircumstances, none of which apply here.
