Stand up to Trump.

It is concerning to witness the confrontational and disrespectful way President Trump and Vice President Vance spoke to President Zelenskyy during their meeting. President Zelenskyy is leading his country through an existential war against Russian aggression. Ukraine has made immense sacrifices defending itself and democratic values with the military aid provided by the United States and allies. Showing gratitude is appropriate, but the heated rhetoric from Trump and Vance was undiplomatic and unbecoming of American leadership. I urge you to issue a statement reaffirming the United States' steadfast support for Ukraine in its defensive war and commitment to promoting democratic principles worldwide. Dialogue between allies should occur with mutual respect.
