The Legal case for the ERA being the 28th Amendment Chicago Bar Association

If abortion rights are the battle, gender equality in the constitution is the war. The House has done their part. (aside from house resolution 891) The first words of our Constitution are "We the People". It's time we finally realize that ideal." The ERA (Equal Rights Amendment) is the 28th Amendment of the US constitution. The Senate needs to act to either remove the deadline or declare it law.
