Support a Meaningful Plastic Treaty

I am disappointed by the US position on negotiating a plastics treaty. We are choking on plastic, both literally and figuratively. We need to be finding better options, and supporting options besides recycling (which isn’t happening in any meaningful or useful ways) and waste management, which is not a meaningful change. Plastic use should be limited and alternatives should be investigated and supported.
