SENATE: BLOCK THE U.S.-ISRAEL MILITARY MERGER AND VOTER SUPPRESSION

I demand that you refuse to advance or support S. 4784, the FY2027 NDAA, unless all U.S.-Israel military-integration provisions are removed. Strike: Section 1215: Modification of U.S.-Israel Subterranean Operations Cooperation, including its expansion to $100 million. Section 1216: Modification of U.S.-Israel Cooperation to Counter Unmanned Systems, including its expansion to $100 million. Section 1217: U.S.-Israel FUTURES Act and Defense Technology Cooperation Initiative, which would embed Israeli-origin technology and industry into U.S. military research, procurement, manufacturing and sensitive systems. Section 845: U.S.-Israel Strategic Partnership on Defense Industrial Priorities, which directs planning for deeper integration of the two countries’ weapons industries. Do not import House Sections 219, 1221-1223 or 1707, the SAVE America Act, or any other provision expanding aid, stockpiles, weapons development, regional military cooperation or special protection for Israel. Add a binding prohibition on using FY2027 funds for unauthorized war against Iran. Do not allow these provisions to be renamed, renumbered or restored during negotiations. Vote NO on cloture, advancement and final passage unless these demands are met. This de facto merger threatens U.S. sovereignty, democratic accountability and national security. End all military aid, arms transfers, intelligence cooperation and special partnership with Israel, and reject all AIPAC money, endorsements and influence. You work for your constituents and it’s time you reflect that with your votes.
