Vote yes on IQ tests and term limits for Congress

It is important we pass laws to force public servants in all three branches of government to 1) pass an IQ test and have results > 120, 2) enact term limits for senators of 7 years, 3) enact IRS tax law that no citizen will pay more tax than the president or any sitting member of Congress. I urge you to support these measures and roll them into legislation, or offer a logical reason why you won't support them. Thank you for your time.
